Project Management
Summa will work with and assist our clients in all aspects of the project life cycle from initial site selection to completed occupancy and ongoing management. Our goal is to guide the project through the maze of regulatory submissions, grants and inspections to a completed ready to occupy project. Pre-Construction Services
From the initial concept design review through to the preparation of the preliminary budgets and schedules, our Project Managers carefully evaluate each project. Taking into account the design intent, construction methods, materials & sequencing we provide valuable time & cost saving alternatives.
Procurement
Summa manages the compilation of plans and specifications, as well as writing the Scopes of Work for all aspects of construction. We then manage the tendering and awarding of contracts to the subcontractors and suppliers.
Complete Administration
Summa handles all contract administration needs from contract award through the Certificate of Substantial Completion and warranty service.
Accounting Services
Process monthly draw and project accounting for all construction related costs. At Summa, we have developed a process that is easily adaptable to each developer’s financial software, processes and coding systems.
On-site Construction Supervision & Labour
Supply the project supervision personnel requirements to successfully complete the project on time and on budget.
Occupancy turnover
Manage the documents required for occupancy inspections, equipment operation and maintenance, warranty requirements and manage the warranty of the subtrades.
