Micro Boutique Living – Wolfville

Project consisting of 60 micro apartment Suites and 2000 square feet of main street commercial with concrete underground Parkade, Wolfville Nova Scotia. This project was a “modular” construction with all 60 units being assembled in 5 days. Occupancy was less than 8 months from foundation startup to completion.
